A The best way is to live in a Spanish speaking country and become immersed in the daily living speaking as much Spanish as possible.

A The two best ways are to listen to music or watch movies in Spanish or to find a friend who is learning the language and practice!

A Make flash cards and spell the words to a parent or a friend. They do not have to speak Spanish.

A Being fluent in Spanish is very difficult. The reason is that unless you are a native Spanish speaker, you are always learning! You CAN, however, become quite able to carry on conversations.
